About me

Hello, I’m Jane, and I welcome you to The Garden Room in Warboys, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire—a calm and gentle space where you can take time for yourself.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is walking alongside people who are ready for change. People who feel a quiet pull for something more—more peace, more clarity, more fulfilment—and who are ready to begin moving towards the life they truly want. There is something incredibly powerful about that journey, and the shift in energy, hope, and possibility it brings can be life-changing.

Caring for others has always been a natural part of who I am. From an early age, I felt drawn to support and nurture those around me, so it felt like a natural path to move into a career in Learning Disability Nursing. What I loved most about this work was its heart—supporting people to discover their own strengths, to grow, and to reach their full potential. That belief has stayed with me throughout my life and continues to guide everything I do.

Like many people, my own path hasn’t always been easy. I have experienced difficult and painful times, moments that felt overwhelming and uncertain. These experiences, alongside witnessing the struggles of others—stress, anxiety, grief, loss, and loneliness—deepened my curiosity about how we cope, why some people seem to navigate challenges more easily than others, and how we can support ourselves more gently through life.

This curiosity led me to explore the mind, resilience, and the power of our thoughts. My first attempt at studying hypnotherapy didn’t go as planned—life was full, with family and work commitments, and I simply didn’t have the space to continue at that time.

It was a later, deeply personal experience of bereavement that changed everything. That loss shifted my perspective and gently guided me back to my studies, this time with a deeper sense of purpose. Through both my personal journey and professional training, I have developed a compassionate understanding of what it means to struggle—and, importantly, how it is possible to move forward.

Today, I am qualified in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, BLAST, and Edu-Therapy, and I work as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Grief Coach. Each of these approaches offers a gentle, supportive way to help you reconnect with yourself and move towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

I truly believe that, even in the midst of life’s challenges, change is possible. With the right support, we can begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more in control. My role is to offer you a safe, understanding space, and to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward—at a pace that feels right for you.
